Ethical line

The CTIC ETHICS HOTLINE is made available to officials, suppliers, contractors, shareholders and other stakeholders of the Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo Cancer Treatment and Research Center, hereinafter CTIC, in order to promote compliance with ethical and transparency standards and also to prevent potential acts of corruption, fraud, bad practices and shady situations affecting CTIC.

Should you become aware of events or potential situations related to fraud, bad practices, corruption, unlawfulness, asset laundering or any other shady situation, we invite you to report through this means. The CTIC ETHICS LINE has been set up under security parameters that ensure confidentiality of the information provided and protect the identity of the person supplying the information.

Reports that can be made through this hotline include the misuse and misappropriation of company assets, deliberate actions against the values and principles of ethics, transparency and conduct, violations of the organizational standards, policies or procedures, unreliable financial information, undue disclosure of inside or restricted information, and other actions which you believe go against existing regulations.

CTIC has a “Zero-tolerance” approach to any corrupt, fraudulent, discriminatory, workplace or sexual harassment, child labor or any other action that violates human rights and/or the applicable regulations.
