• Medications: 30-days maximum valid orders.
• PBS Consultation with a 90-days maximum valid orders defined by your insurance company.
• Procedures: 90-days maximum valid orders.

The service will abide by the valid directions and authorizations from your insurance company.

• Make sure of having clear information to avoid inconveniences.

Check the addressing with your insurance company or Healthcare Plan

• Confirm the addressing towards our IPS: Centro de Tratamiento e Investigación sobre Cáncer Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo. provided by your insurance company on their platforms.

Previously locate the floor where your appointment will take place

• Check with anticipation the floor where your service will be made, take into account the information provided.

Arrive to the service lobby 30 minutes earlier

• This will allow you to realize the admission process without complications.

Take your turn in Digiturno

• You will be called for your admission process by the order in which you take it.

Documents required to access to your appointment

• Government ID (or a copy of it) to verify your personal data.

• Medical order of the scheduled appointment.

• Valid authorization or the checkup of it on your insurance company’s platforms.
